In 1950, Viking began by manufacturing radiator covers for steam registers used in residences in the Chicagoland area. In time the product line expanded to include high-quality metal wardrobes, storage cabinets and bookcases. Then in the 70’s we became involved with architectural firms in the design and fabrication of custom commercial office furniture solutions. During this time period we also began manufacturing a variety of private label OEM metal products for a number of industrial customers. In the mid 90’s we expanded with a complete line of highly specialized storage cabinets for the museum and university community, and today we have a diversified product line that is sold around the world. Our markets include Museums, Law Enforcement, Electronics, Government, Education, Food Service, Architectural, Commercial Office Furniture and Industrial.
